Film workshop

“Berlin Airlift“

The pupils begin by taking a short tour on the history of the Berlin Airlift. Following the tour, they watch the 16-minute film “Berlin Airlift,“ made in 1958/59. They deepen their knowledge of the Cold War era using the first Berlin crisis as an example. The pupils learn to understand history as a construct, in this case in the exhibition and film. They study the representations from a critical perspective.
